Jeannie Lee has 20 years of professional architectural experience. She has designed and delivered numerous complex large-scale projects in a range of sectors including commercial, mixed-use, residential, academic, re­search and cultural. She leads projects from concept design through to completion, developing the design and brief with the client, liaising with user groups, stakeholders and coordinating the architectural and consultant design teams.


Jeannie was the Head of the London Office for world renown Rafael Vinoly Architects, running not only the day-to-day op­erations but also overseeing the design and implementation of all UK and European projects. In her 9 years with Rafael Vinoly Architects she oversaw and led the successful completion of number of projects including 20 Fenchurch Street, Marble Arch Tower Redevelopment, Oxford University Mathematics, Battersea Power Station Masterplan and Raffles City Bahrain.

After resigning from Rafael Vinoly Architects she co-founded her own London based design studio. EVA focused on humanitarian/ social projects with a community-led design approach. The studio participated in post earth­quake regeneration projects in Haiti, building and designing a number of public spaces, schools and community centres. EVA has worked with NGOs and charitable organisations such as the American Red Cross, J/P HRO and Global Communities.

No matter the scale of the project, Jeannie brings the same level of attention and sensitivity re­quired to develop a contextual, site-specific solution derived from the brief and client aspirations. She believes the design process is fundamentally a collaborative effort in which designer, client, users, consultants and builders come together to enrich, develop and deliver one singular vision.
