Al Rayyan Gate, Doha, Qatar

This project in Doha has a vision for a new green community. The masterplan comprises a cluster of low-density development parcels which together form a symbiotic ‘eco-system’ of mixed-use activity. Shops, cafes, schools, mid-income housing and research work-space are all interwoven with the assets of the Qatar’s Al Rayyan World Cup stadium, the new Metro station, the National Wedding Hall and the Mall of Qatar. Together they create a balanced and integrated neighbourhood where all functions are inter-linked; unlocking mutual benefits and positive synergies.
