With over 17 years of experience in delivering large-scale projects across the UK and Asia, Karthik is a seasoned architectural professional with expertise in project leadership, technical design, and modern method of construction. He currently leads three major residential projects in Acton and Harrow for Barratt London and Transport for London (TfL), overseeing detailed design, coordination, and execution.

Before joining Makower Architects, Karthik spent six years at Allies and Morrison in London, where he played a key role in several high-profile residential projects. Notably, he was the project lead for Goodluck Hope and contributed significantly to the successful completion of Aldgate Place, London. Prior to that, he spent six years at KPF, London, working on landmark office towers such as The Pinnacle, a 72-storey tower in the City of London, and 25 Churchill Place, a 22-storey office tower in Canary Wharf.
