Team Building Day

On Wednesday 3rd July the office closed for a full day of Team Building discussion and activities.

The day started with a briefing and open discussion about the future of the practice.

In the afternoon we split into teams for a variety of team games. For this we had to recreate objects in play doh from decriptions of our team mates

Josh carefully recreates the pose of a figurine for his team to recreate.

A deceptively challenging game wherein a cane was lowered to the ground from head height.

A competition to see which team could construct the tallest (free-standing) tower out of spaghetti and marshmallows.

We ended the day by pinning up images of the teams' own work and images that inspire them, which we then discussed as a group.
