Building B on East Street serves as the gateway to the wider masterplan of Hendon Waterside, defining the eastern edge of the site. A nine-storey, stand-alone building housing 85 private flats, to be built during phase 6 of the masterplan, it will be dedicated to compact living. Its simple form is enriched by a series of projecting balconies, green edging and modulated with visual accents to create a strongly articulated streetscape.

The building is designed as a simple rectangle complemented by a side wing on the lower level to form a L-shaped mass. A garden sits atop a podium, forming a green buffer between the property and the road. Additionally, private gardens for the ground-floor apartments offer an extra layer of greenery, providing both natural beauty and privacy for the residents.
Apartments above the ground floor all have a balcony as a private amenity space. Furthermore, there are two additional roof terraces on the fourth and and eighth floors accessible to all residents.
